Returns

Goods once sold are not taken back or exchanged. Machines, spares and accessories are industrial equipment supplied to order, and returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection by the buyer, or used products.

Exception — Discrepancy or Mismatch on Our Side

If there is a genuine discrepancy or product mismatch caused by us — for example, the wrong item or wrong specification was sent, items were short-supplied, or goods were damaged in transit — we will replace or refund the affected items accordingly.

To claim, please ensure:

• You report it within 2 (two) days of delivery, with your order number, and without breaking the original seal of the pack.
• You share clear photos of the product and the packaging.
• The product is unused, with its original seal and packaging intact.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation any time before your order is dispatched (orders are dispatched within 0–7 days). Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For a cancelled prepaid order, the amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.

Whether a reported discrepancy is genuine and eligible is assessed and determined by us, acting reasonably, after inspection of the returned goods and the photographs provided. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the discrepancy was caused by us, and any refund is limited to the invoice value of the affected items.
